Adding value to the business Meteor Foundry has fully equipped in-house Pattern Shop. Staffed by a professional Master Pattern Maker it provides a wide range of services in wood, plastic or aluminum tooling with plate sizes from 12”x12” to over 100”x100”.

Meteor Foundry offers full service to bring your ideas to life – from design to a final product. All steps of development process - Master Pattern, Prototype Tooling, Casting for Sample Approval – will be taken care of in one easy step.

Tooling is critical to the success in producing quality castings. And whether you decide to build new tooling with us or supply existing tools– you can be sure that it is always in good working condition. Scheduled tooling maintenance and repair is a part of every day Pattern Shop activities. We will refurbish an aged tooling, re-design if you decide to upgrade, modify gating system and risers if required.
