Our Permanent Mold cells consist of variety of Stahl and Hall molding machines allowing shorter lead times, consistent quality, high speed and volume of production. Equipped with auto cast, tilt, remote start and timing options these machines are a perfect instrument to achieve predictable micro finish, mechanical properties and dimensional stability for a large range of casting sizes and applications.

Precise control over pouring and solidification parameters contributes to producing X-Ray quality parts with 0% level of rejection. Use of Cold Jet Ice Blasting Machine allows to prolong life of a tooling keeping surface finish and castings dimensions within specified requirements.

Iron or steel CNC molds provide for tighter cast tolerances +/- 0.015in under certain conditions, closer net shape with less secondary finishing. The tilting of the mold allows molten metal to be introduced into the mold cavity under controlled conditions. Turbulence of the molten metal is greatly reduced delivering a stable repeatable casting process. Alloys used in the process can also be heat treated.

The molding area is serviced by three dedicated electric resistance furnaces with total capacity of 10000lbs per day. Similar to our Sand Casting Department – each furnace is accessible by Rotary Degassing Machine.

Large storage area provides easy access and great conditions to keep your tooling in its best shape.
